Took a car lock that i needed rekeyed to match my other locks and after 2 weeks they told me they were having trouble with it but they kept hacking at it. I called and they told me my lock was broken but it would work with out the dust cover they charged me for a key code and key and handed me the broken lock. The original key i gave them was bent when i went to pick it up. i had another key cut from the original i handed them and that works in all the locks so in order to make the key work they used a code for a new key but the other key works. So i now have 3 keys one was cut from the original that has no issues with the locks a key that was cut from a code that works on all the locks and my original bent key that works in all the locks but you have to wiggle to work in this lock i handed them. im stuck trying to find another lock to fix the mess they made. i paid because i did not wan to sit there a ague.

While I was waiting an Asian couple came in know very little experience english and they made the effort to help them and were patient and polite to them. This just speaks to the level of service they bring. I always come here for all my key needs from home keys to car keys. Highly recommend!

They charged me $100 to drill my ignition out, when I had found the spare key, they already went ahead and did their own thing anyways, even though we had a deal where, when I had boughton 3 new fuses and a new ignitio-,

Went to try buy a jiggler key to get my ignition out of my truck so i could get my exact key cut myself without having to use a locksmith. He knew exactly what i was talking about but then proceeded to ask permission from someone. Supposedly Then came back and told me with an attitude that he couldn't help me. Why not? Because im not a locksmith? Or is it because im Mexican??

They were able to make keys for a modern Honda motorcycle in a few minutes for a reasonable price. Definitely had a “mom and pop” feel.
